Expansion's 2010 schedule:

The Schedule below is a rough version of what the final 2010 schedule will be.  There will be changes, updates and tweaks until about a month before the event.

4:00pm – 5:00pm       Early Registration for those who arrived early

5:00pm – 5:45pm       Pre-Hello / Pre-Event Pizza Mingle

6:00pm                       Dinner on your Own

FRIDAY:

3:30pm                        Official Registration Opens

4:30pm – 6:30pm        "Where Are You From" Reception.  Wear a T-shirt with the name of the city you are from for the party!

6:45pm                        Weigh-In (for those participating)

7:00pm                        Dinner on your Own

10:30pm                      Bar Night – George's Alibi then...?

8:00am - 10:00am   – Hotel’s Continental Breakfast in Lobby

9:30am - 11:30           Registration Opens – Hospitality Suite

11:00am - Noon         "Fresh Eyes" Mixer

NOON                         Lunch on your own / Pool Time

3:30 - 6:30pm             Free Time / Pool Time / Beach Time / Tourist Sights

7:00pm                       Meet at Hotel Lobby to depart for Big EXP Dinner

7:15pm                       Depart for The Maikai, "Buddha vs. Kahuna" Big                              BIG EXP Dinner and Show

11:30pm                     Bar Night

1:00am                       Super Quiet Pool Riot
