Packages / Prices Offered for 2010:
Registration is required for all packages. Registration allows you the Expansion Host Hotel Room rate price, entrance to all Expansion events, the hospitality suite, panels, seminars, a welcome bag with shirt or hat or other items (see note at bottom of this page) and other event happenings.
The Big EXP Buddha vs. Kahuna Dinner and Show will be hosted at The Maikai Restaurant. The Famous Maikai Restaurant was originally built in 1956 and cost more than any other American restaurant to build that year. The Polynesian architecture and style of the building has been copied over and over. The feature of the Maikai is the traditional live show that accompanies dinner and the tropical gardens that are encompassed on the property.

MAI-KAI ISLANDER REVUE
The internationally renowned Show, performed by native Polynesian dancers, is highlighted by the Tahitian Wedding Dance and the Samoan Fire and Knife Dance.
After the Show, the Mai Kai invites you to take a stroll in the Tropical Gardens,
featuring gigantic tiki sculptures, waterfalls and lagoons.

A DESSERT, COFFEE and TEA will also be served.
A note about the Dinner - after October 7th, there will be very few open spots for the dinner and show. Space cannot be guaranteed for anyone registering after October 8th. If you pay for the dinner and show AFTER October 8th and no space is available, you will be refunded your payment for the meal.
Xtra "EXP-Oval" T This year, we will have an official event t-shirt or hat that is included in the registration welcome kit but we are also offering this "EXP-Oval-T" as an add-on. Why you ask? Well, we love having our shirts out there for the world to see but you may be in a situation where you want others EXP-types to see solidarity in your shirt but keep it a covert operation as well. It can also be a good "beacon" for "off-Expansion" Dinners, Bar Nights, or meet-ups where not all of those invited have met before. "Hey, just look for a shirt with "EXP" on it. That's Me!!"
TOURS:
This year, there are a multitude of tours that are offered in the area and most will require auto- travel to get to. So we will list a few here soon and have sign-up sheets for those interested. These tours will not be pre-paid through Expansion.

REFUND INFORMATION:
* Refund Information: Refunds are available for anyone registering at any level according to the following timetable:
REGISTRATION: (includes all package levels)
Requests received before: 11:59pm est on July 31st, 2010 will receive a refund for the Full Registration and Meals Cost minus $5.00
Requests received between: 12:00am est on August 1st, 2010 and September 12th, 2010 will receive a refund for the Full Registration and Meals Cost minus $25.00
Requests received after 12:01am est on September 12th, 2010 are not available for the registration costs.
BIG EXP BUDDHA vs. KAHUNA DINNER AND SHOW ONLY:
If you are canceling only the BIG EXP Buddha vs. Kahuna Dinner & Show, this schedule will be followed:
Requests received before: 11:59pm est on September 12th, 2010 will receive a full refund minus $5.00.
Requests received between 12:00am on September 13th through 11:59pm est on October 3rd, 2010 will receive a full refund minus $10.00.
No refunds will be made for the BIG EXP Buddha vs. Kahuna Dinner and Show after 10/03/2010. This is due to the restaurant's payment guidelines.
XTRA SHIRT REFUND INFORMATION:
If you ordered an XTRA Shirt and cancel Registration the refund structure for the "REGISTRATION" remains in place.
If you order an XTRA Shirt with any package and request a refund for the "shirt only" before September 12, 2010, a refund of $5.00 will be forwarded to you via check. Requests made after September 12,2010 can not be honored.
NOTE:
Remember... Pre-Paid Registration amounts will include a welcome bag, event t-shirt or hat, entrance to the forums, panels, parties and the hospitality suite. Registering earlier will save you money and guarantee full packages. Those registering after or not paying for registration before September 12th, 2010 are not guaranteed a complete welcome bag or shirt.
