Registration is required for all packages. Registration allows you the Expansion Host Hotel Room rate price, entrance to all Expansion events, the hospitality suite, panels, seminars, a welcome bag with shirt or hat or other items (see note at bottom of this page) and other event happenings.
The Big EXP Brunch
is an add-on brunch that a registrant can select to attend by adding it
on. You must be registered to attend the brunch. This year's brunch will be hosted at Galvez in the French Market on the river. The official Big EXP Brunch menu will be announced here soon but here is a link to the restaurant's menu for now:
Xtra "EXP-Oval" T in Black This year, like always, we will have an official event t-shirt or hat that is included in the registration welcome kit but we are also offering this "EXP-Oval-T" as an add-on. Why you ask? Well, we love having our shirts out there for the world to see but you may be in a situation where you want others EXP-types to see solidarity in your shirt but keep it a covert operation as well. It can also be a good "beacon" for "off-Expansion" Dinners, Bar Nights, or meet-ups where not all of those invited have met before. "Hey, just look for a shirt with "EXP" on it. That's Me!!"

REFUND INFORMATION:
* Refund Information: Refunds are available for anyone registering at any level according to the following timetable:
REGISTRATION: (includes all package levels)
Requests received before: 11:59pm est on March 25th, 2012 will receive a refund for the Full Registration and Meals Cost minus $7.50
Requests received between: 12:00am est on March 26th, 2012 and May 6th, 2012 will receive a refund for the Full Registration and Meals Cost minus $25.00
Requests received on or after May 7th, 2012 (est) are not available for the registration costs.
BIG EXP BUDDHA BRUNCH ONLY:
If you are canceling only the BIG EXP BRUNCH only, this schedule will be followed:
Requests received before: 11:59pm est on May 1st, 2012 will receive a refund for the Brunch Cost minus $7.50
Requests received between 12:00am on May 2nd, 2012 through 11:59pm est on May 24th, 2012 will receive a full refund for the cost of the brunch minus $12.00.
No refunds will be made for the BIG EXP BRUNCH on or after 05/25/2012. This is due to the restaurant's payment guidelines.
XTRA SHIRT REFUND INFORMATION:
If you ordered an XTRA Shirt and cancel Registration the refund structure for the "REGISTRATION" remains in place.
If you order an XTRA Shirt with any package and request a refund for the "shirt only" before May 6th, a refund of $5.00 will be mailed to you via check. Requests made after May 6th, 2012 cannot be honored.

Remember... Pre-Paid Registration amounts will include a welcome bag, event t-shirt or hat, entrance to the forums, panels, parties and the hospitality suite. Registering earlier will save you money and guarantee full packages. Those registering after or not paying for registration before May 15th, 2012 are not guaranteed a complete welcome bag or shirt.
This is a private event and we reserve the right to refuse registration of any individual at the discretion of the event director.
