   gaining that we know about.  Although its not as “thick” with profiles and pics as it once was, it is THE resource for posting topics, questions and seeing the thoughts of others on topics that concern the bellied nation.

BeefyFrat:       www.BeefyFrat.com :  Free site or with Subscription for more features.  The subscription rate is worth the price for the features you get.  Generally geared more toward younger men in to gaining and encouraging, all are welcome.

Gainer Web:         www.GainerWeb.com : This original gainer and encourager site is the premiere website dedicated to the art of growing a bigger and better belly. Founded in 1996, Gainerweb continues to bring you the best items of interest to the Gainer and Encourager community including profiles, pics and stories.  GainerWeb also shares a chat room with Belly Builders.

Ball Belly Bear:    www.BallBellyBear.com : Great website from one heck of a great guy.  Canadian based, this site hosts tributes, photos, stories and also gear for the ball belly'd bear in all of us!  Check it out and make it a regular stop when surfing!

Bear Magazine:      www.bear-magazine.com :   Bear Magazine is back and will be shipping its first issue by the end of third quarter 2008!  We are looking forward to seeing what's under its covers!

SEGuE Brotherhood:    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/SegueBrotherhood :  This is a new Yahoo group dedicated to gay and bi men in the southeastern united states that are interested in gaining and encouraging.  SEGuE will host events like bar nights, dinners, lunches and outings.  If you live within a few hours of the Atlanta area consider joining.

Bear411:    http://www.bear411.com : Bear 411 is one of the standards when it comes to bears meeting bears in the gay cyber world.  Membership is free but limits you to full features on every other day.  There is a package a member can purchase to get the full site everyday.  This website and its messaging system is very popular.
