Let them know that you are attending Expansion and you will be placed in our room block and will enjoy our reduced group rates. Soon you will be able to make your Expansion Room Reservations online as well.
REMEMBER:
The Expansion Room block has a limited number of rooms and once they are all reserved, the regular hotel rates apply.
AND
Reservations lists will be compared to registered attendees and those not registered with Expansion will have the rate changed to the standard nightly rack rate.

For 2012 we are very lucky to have a special rate with the Hotel Provincial. Our rates are as follows:
- A Deluxe Room in the Expansion Room block for 1-4 people is offered $125/night.
- A Suite in the Expansion Room block for 1-4 people is being offered to our group at $175/night.
The Hotel Provincial proved to be the place to rank all other Expansion hosts against. Its a perfect fit with a great staff, interesting architecture, the perfect location (in the French Quarter, close to the party but just far enough to be quiet when you want some peace), a great layout for a group like ours and overflowing charm.

When we visited New Orleans in 2009, the
city was still climbing the hill of recovery from Katrina and the levy
breach. Now, the city is on the mend and is settling back in to
business as usual. That's not to say that there is still work to be
done, but the French Quarter is experiencing a surge of new comers and
returning friends like us.
For those that joined us in 2009 - you
know what to expect with our host hotel. For those that missed that
event, you will fall in love with our home away from home.
